Drinking, eating and being orange.

It was my husband Dave's birthday on Sunday and we had a small party to celebrate. I have mentioned (on more than one occasion) my aversion to the colour orange. This is how my "friends" arrived at our house. I am the one on the left averting my eyes from the orange garments. A special mention for our pal Gary who painted his whole head orange for the event.

It was a great evening which turned into a late night/early morning. Despite their chosen attire they are a great bunch of people and we had a wonderful time.

I have finished proof reading The Dog and The Girl so it is ready to be published at the beginning of next month. The Book Review Cafe, a promotion company, are going to help me advertise it and get it reviewed.

The story is quite an emotional one so have your tissues at the ready.

So, the countdown is on to my third novel being released. I can't wait for it to be out so that everyone can read it.
